This website Farmili Organics is operated by Lalit Dhingra & Sons HUF (“LDAS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that content (excluding payment card data) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Payment card data is encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

The material on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making. Historical data is provided for reference only.

We have no obligation to update site information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.

We are not liable for such modifications, price changes, or discontinuances.

5. Products & Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online or offline and may have limited quantities.

Agricultural products, including mustard oils, rice, pulses, and grains, naturally vary in taste, colour, aroma, pungency, texture, and appearance. Such variation is not a defect.

All product images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. Device display differences may affect perceived colours.

We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and may discontinue any product without notice.

We do not warrant that products will meet expectations, or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. FSSAI Compliance Statement

Farmili Organics food products are manufactured and packaged in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and all relevant FSSAI regulations. Our FSSAI License Number is: 20824016000223. Customers must verify the FSSAI license on product packaging.

7. Allergen Information

Certain products may contain, or be processed in facilities handling, common allergens including mustard, gluten, nuts, and pulses. Customers with allergies must review product labels and consume products with caution.

8. Expiry & Best-Before Policy

All products display either a ‘Date of Mfg. along with shelf life period’ or ‘Best Before’ or ‘Use By’ date. Claims for expired products must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns or refunds will not be entertained for products that expire after 30 days from the delivery date.

9. Food Safety Disclaimer

Products must be stored, handled, and prepared strictly according to label instructions. We will not be liable for any illness, injury, or adverse reactions resulting from improper storage, handling, contamination post-delivery, or consumption beyond expiry dates.

10. Storage Responsibility

After delivery, the responsibility for the proper storage and handling of all products rests with the customer. Spoilage or deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling is not covered under our refund or return policies.

11. Packaging & Transit Damage

Natural settling of powders or grains during transit does not constitute a defect. Claims for damaged packaging must be made within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. Oil leakage claims must be reported immediately upon delivery.

12. Perishability Notice

Products have varying shelf lives. Certain items may require refrigeration after opening. Shelf life begins from the date of manufacture, not the delivery date. For specific storage instructions, refer to product packaging.

13. Testing & Disclosure

Select batches of certain products (such as mustard oils) are laboratory-tested for factors like erucic acid content and food safety standards, subject to available reports at the time of labeling. Batch-based test values are available on request, subject to necessary redactions of proprietary information.

14. Consumer Protection Act Reference

These Terms of Service are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Consumers retain all statutory rights under Indian consumer protection laws.

15. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion, including those placed under the same account, card, or address. Notification will be sent via email or phone if such action is taken.

You agree to provide current, accurate purchase and account details and update them promptly as needed.

16. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Use is at your own risk. Future new features may also be subject to these Terms.

17. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, or services may link to third-party websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy or legality of any third-party content, products, or services. Review third-party policies before engaging with them.

18. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you submit suggestions, proposals, reviews, or materials (“comments”), you grant us a royalty-free license to edit, publish, distribute, or use them. We have no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond. Comments must not violate rights of others or contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material. You are solely responsible for the comments you post.

19. Personal Information

Your submission of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes complaint/grievance handling compliant with applicable Indian law and the DPDP Act.

20. Grievance Redressal Timeline

Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, in compliance with DPDP Act requirements. Please contact care@farmili.in for grievance redressal.

21. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, our site may contain typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing, charges, or transit times. We may correct or update information and cancel orders if necessary. We are not obligated to update information except as required by law.

You are prohibited from using the site:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LDAS, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

25. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

26. Termination

These Terms apply unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate access without notice if a breach is suspected. You remain liable for charges through termination.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, with all policies linked on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements.

28. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Panipat, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
