Cancellation, Exchange & Returns Policy

At Farmili Organics operated by Lalit Dhingra & Sons HUF(hereinafter LDAS), we take pride in delivering premium quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our team is ready to assist you.

Exchange & Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Contact us at care@farmili.in or WhatsApp 8595 337700 to initiate your request.

Eligibility Criteria

We accept exchanges and returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, tampered, or improperly sealed product
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived expired or expires within 30 days of delivery
  • There’s a genuine quality concern (off smell, unusual texture, or taste)

Important: Products must remain unopened and unused in their original packaging to qualify for exchange or return. Once opened or used, items cannot be exchanged or returned for food safety reasons.

How to Request Exchange/Return

Reach out to us at care@farmili.in or WhatsApp 8595 337700 within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and confirm if your return qualifies.

Exchange Process

If your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days. Your replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of the returned item. You’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS.

Return & Refund Process

For approved returns, we’ll schedule pickup from your original delivery address. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 days, depending on your financial institution.

Delivery Discrepancies

If you notice any issues with your delivery (missing items, wrong products, or damage), please report it within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it’s dispatched for delivery. Simply email us at care@farmili.in or WhatsApp 8595 337700 with your order number. Cancellation refunds are processed immediately and should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they’re out for delivery.

Company’s Right to Cancel

LDAS reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
